About Stephanie

Stephanie’s tenacity and optimism are what drives her to be an outstanding REALTOR. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, her “life is too short” mentality helped send her off on a great adventure which changed the course of her life. Despite having never visited Denver, she packed her belongings, headed west and since 2002, has been very proud to call Denver home. A creative soul at heart, Stephanie attended The University of Dayton, OH, earning a B.A. in Visual Communication Design and a minor in Marketing.

For more than a decade, Steph has excelled in the pharmaceutical industry. Her primary focus was to educate the professional healthcare community with the common goal of improving patients’ quality of life. Her sense of compassion, commitment and integrity made for a very natural transition into the real estate industry.

Steph has lived in South Park Hill, Uptown, Aurora, Capitol Hill, and currently enjoys residing in the Congress Park neighborhood. Denver is comprised of 78 official neighborhoods, so whether you’re new to town or have been around awhile, Steph is well equipped to help you find exactly what you’re looking for in the Mile High City and beyond.

When she isn’t assisting you in buying or selling your home, you may find her further exploring our eclectic city for the latest farmer’s market, restaurant opening, art walk or urban hike. Let Steph take the pain out of the real estate game and allow you to take on your next adventure. After all, “life IS too short!”

What Clients Are Saying About Stephanie…

Q&A With Stephanie…

Where do you LIVE?

I LIVE in Congress Park, just blocks from The Botanic Gardens. Congress Park has great historical architecture and character. I love the large, mature trees, as well as, amazing restaurants, local music venues and dive bars all within walking distance. The neighborhood is very organic.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?

I have an innate predisposition for helping people and a passion for real estate. So it was a very natural transition for me. I believe in creating a mold, not fitting into one.

What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?

Here is my recently played list. Dave Matthews, Counting Crows, Foo Fighters, Jane’s Addiction, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, Jack Johnson, Stevie Nicks, Tracey Chapman, OutKast, Toto, Robert DeLong, Yeah, I like a little bit of everything.

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?

Every Christmas, I adopt a family through the Denver Rescue Mission. It is tremendously rewarding to provide Christmas for a family not expecting to have one.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?

The Plimouth, North City Park, can you say cauliflower turnip gratinée? WOW! If you are adventurous, Beast and Bottle, Uptown, will help you get your “game” on. Bastien’s, Congress Park, the best fried chicken in town! And for the best hot dog (dawg), Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs is right down the street. What can I say? I’m pretty simple.
